Are you able to sign-in via https://outlook.live.com ?
On your laptop, tin can you lot remove and add your profile again. beneath are the steps.
To Remove the profile
In Outlook, click File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles
Select Show Profiles.
Select a profile, so select Remove.

Hi Parmi,
Yes I can log in with outlook.alive.com with my phone but it doesn't have whatever admission to my inbox so I tin can't reply to any of my emails on it.
I tried to follow your next suggestion only I can't discover file>account settings>manage profiles anywhere on outlook sorry. Also I am very worried that if I delete my profile on my laptop peradventure it won't permit me sign in again on my laptop and then I will have no access to my emails at all. If I can't admission my e-mail on my phone its bad, but if i can't access email on my laptop that is a disaster :-(
The instructions you give for calculation the email profile back over again are for emails that stop with@outlook.com, @live.com, @hotmail.com, or @msn.com just my email ends with .co.nz then I don't know if information technology will work?

I meet. any domain @domain.co.nz will as well automatically option up the server it needs to connect to based on the DNS records over the internet.
So, when you lot remove and add together the business relationship once more on laptop, it will work fine. Also, the email with .co.nz volition also have a Spider web URL to access the emails over a browser. Every electronic mail system has that. Outlook client is but a mode to sync those email locally and to piece of work offline if, needed with other boosted features.
Can you delight share a screenshot of your outlook on laptop? what is the version of outlook you lot are using?

Hi Karen,
Thanks for the screenshot. Then that is OWA (spider web browser version) information technology is not client desktop version. so in that case, you practise non need to remove or add whatever profile.
Then, you are able to access your .co.nz file via web browser merely on the phone is not taking your password.
On you lot phone, could you follow below steps
i. Choose Settings Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Mobile devices.
2. Select your device in the listing, and then select Delete to delete the device partnership.
3. A screenshot of the Delete push on the Mobile devices folio
four. At the top of the window, select Save.
5. If you but want to remove this device from the list, stop here. If y'all're attempting to fix a sync issue, continue with the remaining steps.
6. Get to your mobile device and power information technology off completely.
7. Restart your mobile device after a few seconds, and then sync your mailbox again.

I have followed your steps on the laptop and telephone to remove the mobile, and and then turn it off, and and then sync it again according to the steps, just it still says my password is incorrect. I take been trying for 5 hours and now it is midnight and I demand to slumber. Thank you then much for your help, I volition try again in the morning

Hi Karen,
Have a good sleep. Tomorrow morning delight endeavour to uninstall and install the outlook app from mobile. sometimes at that place is mobile cache which may not get cleared due to which it volition take former data and not new i.

My problem is thee aforementioned equally yours is and I am ill of it.I am not a big G-mail service lover and utilize it sparingly but I might take to switch and make information technology my total time account.
